Multiple lndicator Cluster Survey Ukraine 2025-26 Survey Findings Report
The 2025-26 Ukraine Multiple lndicator Cluster Survey (MICS) was carried out in 2025-2026 Ьу the Ukrainian Center for Social Reforms (UCSR) under the national ownership and coordination of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine (SSSU), as part of the Global MICS Programme. Technical support was provided Ьу the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), with financial support of UNICEF and the Government of Germany through KfW Bank. The Global MICS Programme was developed Ьу UNICEF in the 1990s as an international multi-purpose household survey programme to support countries in collecting internationally comparable data оп а wide range of indicators оп the situation of children and women. MICS surveys measure key indicators that allow countries to generate data for use in policies, programmes, and national development plans, and to monitor progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other internationally agreed upon commitments. The 2025-26 Ukraine MICS aims to fill critical data gaps since the previous survey in 2012 and provide nationally representative evidence оп the situation of children, women and households during the full-scale war. lts findings will support SDG and child-rights monitoring, recovery and development planning, and the design of more equitable policies and programmes, including through disaggregated data оп vulnerable and disadvantaged population groups. The objective of this report is to facilitate the timely dissemination and use of results from the 2025-26 Ukraine MICS. The report contains detailed information оп the survey methodology, and аІІ standard MICS tables. The report is accompanied Ьу а series of Statistical Snapshots of the main findings of the survey.
